I'm Andrea van den Boogaard.

25 years building scalable operations from startup to multinational — at Philips, Signify, NXP. I work with companies navigating complex supply chains to build the teams and processes that make them stronger.

I initiate things, build teams, deliver a blueprint, and move on as soon as your team can fly on their own.
